Besides being fast, remote technical assistance means that you are not waiting around for a technician to arrive and you don't have to leave the comfort of your home or business. Remote technical support can be provided for issues such as software maintenance and upgrade, upgrading and installing new peripherals such as printers, scanners, and webcams. It can also be used for one-on-one training.

Homeville Designs and Repair LLC will connect to your computer problem and have you back up and running in no time. This service runs $50.00 for the first two hours and $20.00 for each additional hour. Homeville Designs and Repair LLC does not count scan time towards the service, meaning we only count the time it takes for our technicians to repair your problem, not how long it takes to scan your computer for threats.  All remote services  come with a 30 day warranty and if we can't fix the problem, you won't pay a dime.
